Bob Pooley (OEM Marketing Director at ATech Software ) managed Robert indirectly at Atech Software.

Supporting a $80 Font/Print Manager Add-in to Windows, DOS and GEM based applications was not a simple task. Problems with fonts and printer drivers are difficult to troubleshoot and solve. And, you had to know how to integrate our product into various platforms and application program release levels.

Our Tech Support group “saved” at least half of our sales from being refunded due to the complex nature of our product. And, Robert was the backbone of the Tech Support department. Technical Support/Customer Service Manager at Atech Software

While I’ve been a long-time singer of your praises as having the best tech support in the business, the marathon session I had today took the cake. Robert McCulloch was the poor soul who ended up taking my call and was able to handle everything I threw at him with a perfect blend of expertise, patience, superb communication skills–and even got me to renew six months worth of upcoming domains and services! As an employer of hundreds over the past 30 years, I know how hard it is to find that rare combination of people skills, competence and attention to detail and Robert has it in spades.

That’s the reason for such a long delay between my response to your initial email.   Now then, I’ve got a few questions for you.

1.) Is this one of your sites? http://designweaver.info/about-robert-mcculloch/

2.) Take a look at the attachment that I included.  It show two terms that I researched after we spoke.  And I tried to apply the problem/solution strategy you shared.

3.)  Even though neither terms get a ton of “exact match” search traffic, am I at least on the right track by targeting those types of terms?
